Pierogi Station Grilled to order, pick your toppings - onions, sour cream
 
Pasta Station Penne or Fettuccine noodles, prepared in a sauté pan and topped with a choice of three sauces: alfredo, marinara or primavera (fresh vegetables)
 
Mashed Potato Station Whipped potato or baked Potato: toppings: sour cream, scallions, red pepper, fried onions, smoked bacon, grated cheese, garnished with fresh basil sprig

Carving Station (Choice of 3) With artisan breads and spreads.
